Volunteer Orientation
This video was a project! It was so much fun to create, from consulting with staff and volunteers from each program, to writing the script, to recording hundreds of video and audio clips, and then finally putting it all together (not to mention revisions). It was a hit at our orientation, where new volunteers got to see what was available to them, and why each role is important and rewarding!
Featured Adoptable: Bridgett the Chi
Customers passed Bridgett over for months, prefering overtly friendly, fearless animals. I always keep my camera on hand because of unexpected moments like this--moments when I am privileged to witness a transformation, and in the position to share it with others for the benefit of homeless animals. This video received nearly 45,000 views!

What better way to boost donations than by reminding people of the stories that motivate them to give? Following a successful #GivingTuesday campaign, we sent this video in a thank you email to our donors. One wrote: "Thank you for reminding me of the important work you do, and why my contribution matters -- I had to give again!"
